February 17 -- Love Saves
Love isn’t just a warm and fuzzy feeling we have for another person, it is lived out in concrete actions of care and concern for another person, as we’ve seen so far. John challenges us to show this love to our brothers and sisters within the household of faith. He even goes so far as to say that since God is Love, if you don’t love, you don’t know God! How can we cultivate this love of the other in our daily lives?
