Tuition is calculated on a school year basis and divided into 9 equal monthly payments. Once registration is confirmed the first month’s tuition must be paid by August 1. Tuition not received by that date will result in the loss of your child’s reserved class placement.
All subsequent payments are due on the last day of the preceding month for the upcoming month – September through April.
Checks should be made payable to Noah’s Little Ark and mailed to the school @ 520 E. Birch St, Palmyra PA 17078, or placed in the locked tuition box located in the school hallway. Please do not hand payment to our teachers or leave them on a desk in the office. Cash payments may be made in the office during office hours and a receipt will be provided.
Noah’s Little Ark will send invoices monthly as a reminder that tuition is due. Updated invoices will be sent to those who have incurred late fees following the established grace period.
A tuition payment will be considered late on the 5th of the month for which it is due. Late fees of $10/week will be accrued until payment is made.
Family accounts which are 2 months in arrears will be cause for suspension of the child(ren) from our programs. All monies owed must be paid in full before the child(ren) will be permitted to return to class.
In the event of an extended absence from school, if you wish to hold your child’s space in the classroom, tuition in the amount of 50% of the usual monthly fee must be paid for the duration of the prolonged absence.
Tuition is non-refundable for any month in which your child was in attendance. If you would like to petition the NLA Board for a special circumstance, please submit a letter to the director.
